-借着想起年幼时似曾浮现的几幕剧中画面，原来直到昨天，都没有完整看过，像碎片记忆，很是模糊，但潮水褪去时，痕迹依然。百闻不如亲自一见，这，不仅是爱情与注解，也是励志与态度。

读完《五百炮弹，打翻商船，维护主权，击沉人权！》后，反应异常平静，怀疑自己的生命状态.

几毫秒后，我想:

今天，我，差不多还活着......

“那艘中國商船被500发炮弹击沉，我很悲愤！

　　俄国炮舰连发500多炮，击沉一艘据说违法了的商船，这艘商船虽然挂一小国国旗，但船长和船员都是以中國人为主（在国际上，一般认为这种就是中國船，只是为了方便而挂其他国家国旗）。我现在先假设这艘中國商船严重违犯了俄罗斯法律，我甚至也自我假设这艘船上走私的是比毒大米更严重的军火，还假设这艘商船不听指挥一个劲地想逃跑，在这样假设之后，大家也都许得出这样结论：作为一个主权国家，无论是从俄罗斯法律还是国际法，它都有权开炮阻止“走私船”逃脱。那艘中國的商船侵犯了俄罗斯主权。

　　下面我给没有军事经验的朋友描绘一个场景：中國那只商船除非是经过严格改装的军事船只，否则，无论从他的吨位和船体设计上看，它都不可能逃过目前任何一艘俄罗斯军用和警用舰艇，更不用说能连续发500多发炮弹的军舰。这就是说，俄罗斯完全可以出动当时在场的船只拦截这艘商船，截停它后带回去扣留、检查、起诉，但它选择了开炮……

　　允许我再描绘一个场景：一艘军舰连续开了500发炮弹射击一艘商船，就算俄罗斯是目前世界上军事实力最低的国家，大家也知道，用军舰打商船，几乎是高射炮打蚊子，那是一个猫抓老鼠的游戏——只是我们这里说的老鼠是我们的中國同胞而已！

　　让我们设身处地：中國同胞在听到第一发炮弹的时候一定后悔了，但随后又有一百发炮弹、两百发炮弹、三百发炮弹……这个时候他们一定像受惊的老鼠一样四处躲猫猫，而在三百发炮弹的袭击下，那艘船要就是受到了重创，要就是没有人驾驶了，也就是说那艘船停了下来。

　　船上的那些中國“老鼠”一定很后悔，等着俄国人来抓他们，但俄国人没有来，来的继续是他们的炮弹，把那艘中國的商船当成靶子，一炮一炮的慢慢玩，那些开炮者可能还想象着船上的“老鼠”如何惊慌失措，从而很开心。他们一直发了五百多发炮弹，直到一艘大船被打得底朝天……

　　我很悲伤！很久没有写我老本行国际关系方面的文章了，今天却想写几句，可是我也知道“外交无小事”，而且我又不想惹起民族主义情绪，更不想干涉俄罗斯“主权”，所以，我想换个角度写，我想谈谈在国际关系中，除了起主要支配作用的“利益”之外，普世价值所扮演的角色。我想谈一下第二次世界大战后除了强调“主权”之外，国际社会更加强调的是“人權”。在这里，主权是俄罗斯的，而人權是我们那几个象老鼠一样被他们灭掉了中國同胞！

之前Tom曾被采访问道Grammy，答:不知Grammy为何物？没看过。今天终于亲临现场，过了把瘾。估计受金融危机影响，不得已将就一次，现实就是如此，以往的言论只留在过去，每时每刻都可能改变。
